SUMMARY:SPRING MIGRATION AT TINY MARSH
LOCATION:Departs 7:30 AM from the Park &amp; Ride lot at HIghways 26 &amp; 27 in Mid
 hurst
DESCRIPTION:<p>Tiny Marsh might be the richest spot for birds in Simcoe County. It&rsqu
o;s in Tiny Township, but it&rsquo;s a giant wetland with a great diversity
of nesting birds.&nbsp; Surrounding the marshes are various swamps and woo
ds, and these too, host many birds, especially migrants like warblers, vire
os, and flycatchers. Migration peaks in mid-May, and this is a great chance
to see many of the earlier migrant species.&nbsp; Pack a lunch. Easy Walk.
